Montana has it –
Purple mountains majesty
They say “God’s Country”

The majestic mountains woo me, I luv the scenery outside my front door.

Ian is on the left

Live here long enough
And you’ll look like the locals
Well, if you’re a man

Here’s Bryan’s theory
Only cops and firemen
Wear this kind of ’stache

Note to self: make Montana next after Scotland.
Even better stuff, my lady.

God, I love the mountains! We might be neighbors someday!! Michael would move to Montana in a heartbeat, if I said so.

How beautiful! It makes me want to move to the country. Well almost. I’m a city girl at heart

Condo Blues: I’m a city girl too. It took about 10 months for me to feel like I wanted to be here, now I prefer it — provided we never leave and go to Scotland again, that is…

You don’t see mountains like that in Scotland, do you? And you never really see anyone living in the Glens either… When I go to Utah or through Montana I feel really far from home because of the scenery. It is beautiful though.

Wow! Beautiful!
We live in the Sonoran Desert at the base of the Santa Rita mountains. The mountains are an anchor to me!!
Thanks for the great post!

I always think it’s strange that even though I ive directly north of Montana I’ve never been there. Should really renew my passport and go. Though I think I am protesting having to have a passport to cross between the States and Canada. Only hurting myself of course!

Great pictures! Obviously there aren’t any mountains in Glasgow, but luckily you don’t have to travel too far to see some great scenery.
